no I didn’t break my nose, I made myself a new one!
I was so lucky enough to have had a research grand by Fonds Darstellende Künste and spend a lot of the beginning of this year (HAPPY NEW YEAR) reading, watching and generally exploring the worlds of clowning and object theatre and where they meet and how.
The main question was how a clown can animate an object or how they are animating each other. Or if a clown is so animated by objects, they’re not able to animate actively themselves…
I found more questions than answers on my way and am happy to continue my research probably my whole life long.
